What kind of warranty is included with the Magic Massage CHAIRS?
The 3 Year LIMITED Warranty provided by CTS Global Products dba Magic MassageTM CHAIRS provides coverage for all parts and labor for the first year.
The second year of ownership the parameters of coverage changes and the customer will be responsible for 30% of all labor for repairs. All parts in the second year of ownership will be at no cost to the customer and will be covered by CTS Global Products dba Magic MassageTM CHAIRS .
In the third year of ownership the parameters of coverage changes and the customer will be responsible for 70% of all labor for repairs. Also in the third year customer will be responsible for 50% for all parts needing to be replaced. Frame of chair is 100% covered for all three years.
IN-HOME WARRANTY SERVICE PERIOD: During the first year Magic MassageTM CHAIRS at its sole discretion, will repair or replace any defective part within a reasonable time frame. If a particular part is not available, Magic MassageTM CHAIRS may replace your product with a similar product. Under no circumstances shall the retail replacement value exceed the original net price paid for the product. In the event you choose not to accept a replacement for your product, Magic MassageTM CHAIRS is no longer responsible for repairs under the waranty coverage. For In-Home service, Magic MassageTM CHAIRS will arrange for all covered parts deemed necessary to be sent to the customer and, if necesary, an authorized service provider to repair the product at the customer’residence at no charge to the customer. Repairs needed during the warranty period will be provided by Magic MassageTM CHAIRS at no cost. However, customer is responsible for any and all shipping fees. Structure warranty is limited to the wooden frame and/or welded parts of the frame. Field service is only available in the United States. Field service requires pre-approval and, if necessary, must be performed by an Magic MassageTM CHAIRS authorized field service technician in order to maintain warranty coverage.
WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS, Warranties do not cover loss or damage resulting from improper installation, unauthorized repairs, alterations or modfications of original condition, improper use of eletrical/power supply; loss of power, electrical disturbances or power surges, dropped product, malfunction or damage resulting from improper use or unreasonable use or maintenance; failure to follow operating instructions; transportation damage; theft; abuse;
misuse; neglect; vandalism or environmental conditions (fire, floods, rust, corrosion, sand, dirt, windstorm, hail, earthquake,
or exposure to weather conditions); loss of use during repair periods or awaiting parts. Damage incurred during shipping
does not constitute a defect under this warranty. Softening/Hardening of foams or filling composites in pillows & pads does
not constitute a defect under this warranty as those items change naturally with use. Fading, wear and pilling of fabrics does
not constitute a defect under this warranty as those items change naturally with fabrics. Natural markings, grain and dye
variations in material do not constitute a defect under this warranty as materials vary. Failures of attach points such as but
not limited to stitching, velcro and zippers do not constitue a defect under this warranty.
